my final answer D..... cut the warfarin dose to half...........decrease by 50%!!

bdj & triple love their in-laws....
nopainnogain plans to love them.... awesome!!!!

b. monitoring INR help us to find out we need to adjust warfarin dose or not.

B... I'm thinking like jack... if you monitor the PT/INR closely u will cut off problems before they get worse.. Otherwise I SERIOUSLY am not sure here......

The correct answer is E.

Amiodarone interactss with Warfarin, and prolongs its effect and increase the risk of bleeding.So, warfarin dose needs to be decreased by approximately 25% in order to prevent overcoagulation.
