i was doing the oncology part of the uw qs and i found that a lot of it is not covered in kaplan notes . which book shd i read for oncology and hematology . goljan for step2?? anyone having the notes / lecture audio goljan can u pls send it . email id dogzlur26 . plssssssssss reply.
