The program has about 80 ccs cases it will guide you through management steps in a formate very similar to real exam.

it is the worst material, many errors. don't go for exam w it. go for UW.

even i considered the option of getting the cd . from ebay ..but after goin thru uw cases & usmle cd....why waste $ 40 on Saher CD (including shippin) .....i wud rather save up that amt & go for nbme assessment form - CCMSA
