Hopeusmle: when I practiced q-bank I halvely figured them out, halvely guessd, but at the real exam I guessed more - was too stressed to think. Spent a lot of time figuring out and calculatiing couple of questions in first 2 blocks, but then I was in big time shortage, (and I may have missed some silly questions) so at last I just answered my guess for longer and harder questions and marked them - if I had time I worked over them later -not long though -there is never enough time. But at least it helped not to get absorbed in one question and miss the rest.
As for graphs on pathophysiology - you can figure them out though they seem strange at first (for one without Kaplan Notes)
