Hi, I'm planning to apply for step 2, Could u guys please tell me how many days does it take to hear from ECFMG about comfirmation of your date? thank u. this is my first experience with ECFMG exams.

After you complete the online part and the ECFMG has received the part you have to mail: they say 10 days, but in my experience 15-17 days.... best of luck

Hi Anna. When you apply online you print out your paper application. From the day you send it, it takes 5-7 days for ecfmg to send you an email telling you they have received your application. Then it takes another 2 weeks to send you another email telling you that you are approved. Then it takes another week or so to get your ORANGE registration paper and only then you can make a reservation for your exam date. Hope this helped. Good luck. |
