Physical Exam requirement - im_resident

Hi,

I would appreciate if someone can help me with following qs

1. What does a physical exam for residents consist of and are there any conditions that can prevent the program from hiring a person?

2. My understanding is that if a person's PPD ever comes +ve , he need NOT to undergo ppd test in future. Is that right? Can a + ppd but normal CXR in any way be problematic ?

I heard you need to take INH for 6 or 9 months if your PPD is positive
