if u meant usmle 41 cases go to www.valuemd.com
u have to register .
in the free download section u should not use ur username and password with which u registered
use the username as valuemd, password thebest (one word). and i think u should have adobe which u can download for free to view this and maybe get it printed.hope this helps.
