i have been getting information that good programs does not prefer img who have passed their med school more than 5 years ago
Is there any way we can surpass this thing
can good scores overcome this drwback of ours

apart from good scores, it will help if you have been in touch with clinical medicine since you graduated...get recommendations that sustantiate that. If not, you should be able to explain why there was a gap. Some research experience in this country will also help.
