With 95/87/85 and some USCE, which specialty out of IM,FM or Peds is more realistic for me. I have almost equal liking for the above specialties and want to be on safer side rather than being over-optimistic.

I would advice you to apply to some low tier programs. Every one these days has scores in high 90s. Your Step 3 and USCE might go in your favor.
