to get finger print cards. i am trying to reach them(916-263-2382) since yesterday, i couldnt reach them.did any one call them please tell me their phone number.

I dunno about finger printing cards, I called them they asked to download application, fill it and take it to live scan.
Do u know how to get the application?
It is on the left most side......on quick links.....in A-Z , go to Finger printing form...... download fill it.

Yes they send me all PTAL with fingerprint documents at my mailing address.
