Yes. I sent just master degree and transcript, no bachelor stuff. I gaduated from 7 year program (combine bachelor and master program), so my transcript has all the courses I did at the earlier years. Hope that helps. As I said, if your major is clinical medicine, no need to worry. Good luck.
