Does anyone know what should be done,if you have a gap of few months after you left the school before the residency.I understand there will be lots of doctors in different countries taking breaks inbetween for their preparation.Do you ignore that and not mention those things and keep as continous practise in the previous hospitals they worked.
What do you do in such situations,any idea to put in the Curriculum Vitae.

u cannot have any gap in the cv..
just write vacationing or leisurely study or anything...
i had a gap from dec to joining of residency and was told to fill it up with these options else
form wll be returned...

When we coach the students for improving their CV, we suggest that they show the gap as studying for USMLE exams, if indeed they were studying.
