i am in Ca, there are bunch of hospitals who give prelim. position also. BUT OTHER STATES I THINK IT IS GOOD.

YES IT is SAME THAT IS WHY I AM NOT interested to apply for can u tell me something about other states.

Most of the other states they are offering categorical positions.If we do a transitional year, will that be counted as USCE for the next year ?
