Pls anyone interested in anesthesiology??? i am wondering the pros & cons of applying for this, is it very competitive? i am an IMG doctor with fair USMLE marks. what do you think?

I have fair scores on USMLE.
Pl. anybody have list of programs that give H1 in Anesthesia?
