hello ppl...i wish to seek guidance frm seniors and well informed colleagues regarding observerships is the states....how to apply..to whoom to apply???...wats the best time to pursue???....how much of an edge it provides??....
does it require u to hav passed toefl or ne other pre-requisites?

if u are in US it will be not that difficult to get observerships,but u must have some one in hospital like resident who will support you.
