Hi! I got a letter from our Dean in an LOR format. Can this be considered as "Dean's Letter" or it should be used as one of my LORs? Thanks in advance! God bless you!

I think it is ok to use it as Dean's letter.

As long as he says that he is the Dean of the medical school, and it's on a school letter head with stamp/seal on it then it's allright.
