hi...can anyone tell me if abbreviations in the patient's notes are acceptable? or is it to be written full form? an answer a.s.a.p. would be appreciated. thank you.

The accepted abbreviations are in First Aid. There is also a list at each station at the test center. If you are not sure just write down the whole word
