Jehad, transition sentences/ phrases are usually used when you finish one part of the history and go to the other or from HPI to ROS,from ROS to PMH/PSH,from then to social, sexual,FH etc.
You can say Mr/Mrs x, .....now I would like to ask you a few Q about...,or ...MR/Mrs...Now I need to ask you some information about your....the phrases/sentences:- 'Now I need to.. and Now I would like to ask you..' are transition sentences.
