Everytime that u see a pt with sex risk behavior, you should offer being tested for HIV, but this is the kind of test that you should ask if pt wants to give consent to be tested for. You CAN NOT just go and ask that test " privacy violation'

The same when you do PAP SMEAR, you ask for consent for being tested for HPV, and so many more examploes of that.

Fa is enough, better if you can do uw too

Practce with a study partner is a must
Practice physical exam in real time is a must
Practice patient notes especially if english is not your first language

Do the minicases over and over until know them by heart...you do not have to memorize them, you have to put your clinic knowledge in that and understand the rationale behind that list of differentials

Go with your friends asking the challenging questions, they are normal questions that u can expect from a patient
