There are people who with average scores and two attempts also got into residency. You have good scores and g.c and doing observer ship .Try to get lor from them and assign it in documents. Since you were practicing in your native country mention it under w.e in caf and if you already submitted caf you could not change it if you donot mention w.e in caf asign p.s to them with your practicing information in it.
