kaplna notes say fludarabine is initial treatment of choice for advnce stage treatment of CLL, but kaplna Q BOOK say chlorambucil is initial rx of choicce for advance stage treatment.

so can you ppl share what should be the correct one. i mean in exam we should go for ???

DOC is fludarabine. The qbook may have not been updated.
