yea i didnt send my pic this year at all and i got 3 interviews so far .

according to the rules, PD are not able to view picture until they have granted an interview--Bias

I read that only after interview they can download. I handed in a pretty lousey black and white wearing only a polo. Some get prof./airbrushed pictures. But beware, it is better to surprise then disappoint!
