Guys How is the IM program at this hospital. Is it true that it could be on probation. Where can I find information on programs that are on probation. Any other insight is appreciated. Thx.

if the program is on probation i would advise you not to join. The best way to findout about this is just go to the interview and talk to the residents and the other nursing staff about the future of the hospital. That would be the best way instead of asking on this forum. I wish i could tell you more wish you best of luck
