if somebody does observership in november-december of this year, how can she write that in the CAF that will be submitted on September ? how about the LORs that will be given in december ? how to submit those LORs ? please give your opinion. thanx a bunch.

mention that u have secured an observership in the experience part of myeras .for the lor part, its better to ask PDs themselves by calling them now. i think if u mention they will understand about the lors. and dont bother about wise cracks as above.
