Depends on the discipline. Most IM programs offer H-1
Most programs in New York state do offer both J1 and H1
Other programs generally sponsor J1, by default.

Mr hicham123 is trying hard to sell his list, but is anyone interested? i guess his asking rate is way too much high for the info he claims he has. It is available with every other list from all those residency match sites. He might do well if he considers re thinking his price.
