hi ,it may appear silly,i want to know the diff between categorical and preliminary internalmedicine.any idea.

preliminary is one year & categorial is 3 yrs. after preliminary u need to apply again for PGY2 position

it means Prelim is Bad because we have to go thru all this stresss again ( in case have a lots of luck to get any resid position)
