For an interesting case you should prepare 2 min talk on perticulat x yr old m/f with 1/2 symptoms and in physical patient had 1/2/3... we had differential d/d of 1/2/3 and labs and investigation revieled so and so and we managed patient with so and so

According to my view you should always prepare some unique presentation of a common diagnosis like shoulder pain for angina/MI, fatigue d/t depression or a unique dignosis but you should know something about the disease anyway and try to put the case where you are directly involved in patient care management. they just want to know how you handel difficult/ chllanging case and weather you have been doing direct manage care of patient or not.
