Applying to Illinois - polish

I just want to know the thing about Illinois Programs. Some programs state that if we are more than 2 years out of medical school we have to put in 100 units of continuing medical experience in order to get a temporary or permanent license in illinois.
Since i'm 3 years out and with no USCE, is it worth applying to illinois?
