Can you talk about recent clinical experience - slaystep3

This is the question . . . when everything's all said and done with CV, PS, LOR documents submitted uploaded and finalized and you happen to get clinical experience right after your ERAS and profile has been sent to programs.

So, when the interview opportunity arises can I mention the new clinical experience. Also is it wise to bring a copy of all supporting documents just in case they ask for them including a new and revised CV at the interview?
