I've been reading posts about people getting rejected from programs already. And before I post anything, I would like to say I'm sorry because I know a lot of time and effort and money goes into this application, and this is one thing that a future colleague should be sympathetic to.
But I wanted to know one thing, and to those who respond thank you in advance because you don't have to do it and you did anyways.
The programs that some people are being rejected from. Were these programs that "you would try to get into, but weren't sure if they would consider you" or programs "that you were 99% positive they would give you an interview" or "back-up" programs or "programs where you had the qualification criteria, but they chose not to grant an interview"?
Once again I know its hard to talk about negative things, so thank you to those who choose to respond.
