Q21 - DKA.. cause missed insulin or infection??
Q25 - weight gain though he doesnt eat much, sleeps 11 hours... how can it be major depressive, anhedonia n lack of conc. present though.. r they enuf to diag Major depression.. it can be masked dep but is it major???

q21;; DKA classically ccur when blood Glucose is higher than 250 or 300. in this Q pt is taking care of him self by good control of blood sugar. after infection which is probably minor viral in origin because they did not mentioned fever he started taking cough syrup which is addictional sugar intake. which was not support by his Usual dosis of medication. it highly suggest that the ans is A.

q25 ; is most probably major depressive disorder. not good q though not much info available.
