No not at all. i applied for 140 programs and I just want 10 IV's. I am ready to take 100 rejections.
so don't worry be happy

you are waiting for that first interview.
till the time you get that you are on the 100% rejection list,
yes of course it is too too early to start worrying.

1cashie, I disagree completely.

If you have not received any rejections, then you are 100% accepted (sigh)

Once you have been rejected, then and only then are you on the rejection list.

last year my friend applied to 140 programs and got 5 interviews.

dear img_dr plz post ur frnds creds nd whr he mached???

i applied to 100 that only IM...did not apply to many img frndly programs in bad areas...

my credentials during the match were :
- caribbean graduate
- passed step 1 on third try
- passed CS on first try
- passed CK on first try
- 2 research projects
- chief student of surgery
- microbiology teacher's assistant
- multiple medical organizations
- clinical volunteer experience
- all USCE

i am now doing a family medicine residency where i am the only IMG.

thanx for replying cramminigcs...ur creds r good...ur step 1 attempts might have damaged ur iv calls...looks like u r gc holder or citizen..guessing from the fact that u went to carribean... once again thanx for replying...
