if i want to apply radiation oncology........wats better recomendation letter from usa internal medecine (3mont)....or from oncologist in my country with good recommendation ...help

both of them r good,y don't u add both of them? but if just one a letter from a doc in usa if he's got a good position is worthier.
besides what's ur creds? as i know it's extremely difficult to get into rad/onc

i dont understand.......which is better...as maximum recomendation letters in application is 4
