do programs go through mspe, transcript and lors before they offer iv ?

NO....MSPE opens in Nov....People are getting IV already....I think they assume CAF is good and verify once MSPE is available

frens ......i applied to programs yesterday........ my eras track application says programs downloaded my application.......so when do i expect my ivs if i am to get any ??
