Hey look....a freind of mine was in that postion and went to a lawyer....they can always find a way....he is on a Refugee status right now...it's very very complicated but certainly nuthng to kill yourself over......find a good lawyer...make sure he's in a firm not some single mavrick lawyer.....make sure he is known. And better raise some money...cuase your gonne need it. There are things that can be done....but the key thing is to move fast! everyday you are out of status is one more day that goes against you!!!
