Why not B (inferior mezenteric)? It's right where the aneurisms are, under the renal arteries?

INFERIOR MESENTERIC ARTERY is share the other arteries in feeding the colon
.........terotries and tributaries
even there is a harmful effect can be treated by resection and anastomosis
but renal artery cut...........A T NECROSIS .....RENAL FAILURE DUE TO ISCEAMIA
..........SHRUNCKEN KIDNEYYYYYYYYYY
AT THE SAME TIME U CAN'T REATTACH THE RENAL ARTERY WITH AORTA.....THE IMPORTANT
BUT MESENTERIC ARTERY IS NOT IMPORTANT

Ebna, you're super cool!
I didn't know this. apparently renal arteries are damaged in 75% of cases on emergency surgery to repair ruptured aneurysm!
