TACROLIMUS-is WRONG...you do have a chance...many people wait until all their LOR's are scanned, and some people wait until all their transcripts and they take their step 2 and until their result for cs comes out...and many of those people still get interviews...especially if you dont need a visa...my sister got residency and she applied a month late...so YOU ARE WRONG!
