everyone is preparing for going home on fridays including coordinators. hopefully, some of them are still willing to work today. the majority of the season is almost done in one more week, it is scary that ivs are not coming yet.

why you want them to work hard, if they work overtime they only send rej, they are also frustrated after seeing so many applications, they frustrate and send rej

2 of my invites came on Fridays... So they DO give good news... a Good Friday. I usually get rejections early in the week...
