I tried downloading it again from this link....it still isn't working...
i have windows... the file downloads and when i open it....all i get is the table of contents and when i click on any of the chapters it says can't find requested page....you know, like when you're not connected to the internet.....that's the same thing that happened with the other link too...i don't know what's wrong...
