Has anyone who interviewed recently at Lutheran receive word regarding their prematches???

They fill 18 out of 22 positions by pre-match...will let u know right away after iv that whether u r selected for pre-match or not....they do not rank iMGs in match...

do they offer prematch on the same day or they take few days to give one.

myself and several others that interviewed with us did not get told ON THE SPOT -- do you want a prematch today?

The chairman stated that if he likes me -- and the PD as well -- then a prematch is offered and you will have one to two weeks to decide.

I interviewed there 10 days ago.

I haven't heard anything yet?

Any other comments, etc?

ANYONE WITH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PREMATCH OFFERS THIS MONTH --SO FAR?

Basically they pick up all IMG's through prematch.
They do not rank IMG on their rank order list.
So if you do not get a prematch offer, then there is no chance.

Mostly Dr. Martin (chairman) offers prematch contract
at the end of the interview day. On the spot.

Think about the file folder Dr. Martin & Dr. Giaccio share.
After each interview, they mark who will get a prematch offer or not.
Actually they do not need to get together to discuss it.

So if you do not hear at the end of interview day, it's gone.

This year Lutheran picks 22 PGY-1... 20 is prematch quota.
2 is match quota. And as you know they do not rank IMGs.
