what are the most important prostaglandins regarding gastric protection?? i found multiple answers differing between multiple references!!
PGI2, PGE2, PGE1... which one?
anybody?

PGE 1 (misoprostol), stick to kaplan
i've actually got a medicine at home: 'arthrotec', a combo of diclofenac and misoprostol, and on the leaflet they mention that misoprostol is gastric-protective

that's what i thought, but it just confused me at the begining.. i mean FA is saying something, HY histo is saying another thing, Goljan is saying a different thing...
but thanks anyway, i guess kaplan is the best one to follow...
