The problem is

BMP
24 hr-serum cortisole
renin
aldosterone
17-hydroxyprogestron
11-hydroxylase
lipid profile

are normal. Besides, the patient has acne.
I did not knowwhat to do any more. So I just treated as Primary HTN :-(
