Pennsylvania hospital/SUNY downstate/JHUSinai - matrix

Hi guys,
Can anyone pls rate/rank these programs.
I would have loved a university program but these 2 community programs[Penn hosp and jhu sina] seem to send their graduates to better places for fellowship.Better places than SUNY downstate that is a university program.
