ok,i am not the right person to give advice here,but what i read from previous exam takers,is u have to do kaplan and uw q bank for sure. many do MKSAP/premier review ,this qs is from MKSAP. and many do CK kaplan notes for revise of all subjects.

forum guru triplehelix wrote a famous thread for exam material,u can rely on him. and pls go thru peoples exam experience,specially,Roentgen,Tejaspc,jayhind,strongdoc etc,who wrote exam recently. u will get better idea.
