i would like to know about 2nd look

what should we do?

we need to ask them(program) or we have to wait until they invite us.

if we can ask which program we should ask ie IM or FM

you are supposed to ask PC to schedule a 2nd look for you

If they invite you for the 2nd look that means they like you and want to show you their facility and their program in more details. If you are more interested in that program and it is you who asks for 2nd look then you can show them that you like them but it will not mean they will like to have you to be the resident in their program.

Going for 2nd look never hurts. The only think is the money for traveling and your time so everything is up to you.
If you decide to go for the 2nd look then talk to program coordinator because she is the "boss" in that matter. Try the best you can to make not a good impression but a fabulous impression so they will rank you high or even offer prematch.
