Hi everyone,

I graduated in 2003 . It is 5 years back. I took Step-1 test in 2005 ( first time) & I failed the Step-1 test only for 2 points.

Do I have a chance to get Residency anywhere in USA if I pass all steps by 2010 ?

I am an Indian medical college graduate (2003).

I heard that if anybody graduated more than 5 years ago & no research experience in last 5 years , she can not get any Residency in USA. Is it true?

Not true. Work hard to get good scores. Plan your time properly and make the best use of all the resources you have at your disposal. You can get a residency post.
