DNR means - usmle2004

does that means you cant ventilate and intubate?
fishers ethics says-you can ventilate with a DNR order
UW says-you cant.

pls clarify

DNR = "do not save me ...... if I code"

ie..
no trach
no cpr

codes can be several types.
code status' may include no chest comp and no vent or only vent but no chest comp
