can anyone tell me about the prematch? is it the position offered before the match?
how can I know which hospital provide the position?

No, it is not offered before the match but it is offered during the interview or just after you leave the interviewer. however, it is called prematch because it is easier than to call it interviewmatch. hope this will help.
for the second question, you have to ask PD if he/she offers prematch ( interviewmatch).
