And yes, it was tiresome, esp by the end of the first day: I was so so tired.

ccs cases:
1. advanced maternal age
2. colon cancer in male (he had anemia, fatigue, constip: very wierd: colonoscopy showed adenocarcinoma of transeverse colon but ct abdo was normal (???),dont remember what the cea level was. i consulted gi and surg for colectomy and gave him 5-fluorouracil and did anemia w/u + feso4.
3. apkd: patient with htn: noncompliant with meds, asterixis, fatigue. did usg abdo, gave him lisinopril and did mra of brain.

will write more later.

4. 3 yr old child with joint pains, small effusion in knee, +ana, -dsdna, -rf, improved with ibu+prednisone.
5. 5 month old baby with vomiting, listless, started empiric antibx (cefotaxime+ampi), iv d5-1/4. ns-->improved but never found cause, did all tests. long case, baby had no vaccines, so had to give all vaccines.
6. alzheimers dementia: b12, folate, ct scan all normal. started donepezil. depression index, utox, counsel, social services.
