Surreptious Vomiting ---------> Low urine chloride (< 20 mg/dl)
Diuretic abuse & Barterr syndrome --------> High urine chloride Diuretic abuse -----> H/o Diuretic use Barterr Syndrome ------>No h/o Common to all ------> hypokalemia, Alkalosis .Normotensive.
